GP vacancies are posted on GP Jobs Online. All others are posted on NHS Jobs and applications are accepted there.
However, we welcome enquiries at any time from people that share our values. If you're a healthcare professional that wants to make a difference to disadvantaged communities, please get in touch.

We exist for the benefit of our patients, communities and - importantly - our team. Find out more about us.
We serve communities with diverse and complex needs, and all our roles are busy and demanding at times - so it's important that we look after each other as well.
As a not-for-profit organisation we aim to pay competitive salaries and we are an accredited Real Living Wage employer. You can choose to be part of the NHS Pension Scheme, with an employer contribution of 20.6%.
We all need a well-deserved break. Annual leave starts at 27 days (5.4 weeks) for most staff - for GPs it's 32 days (6.4 weeks) - and increases with service to 33 days (6.6 weeks). Your past NHS service is taken into account. You also get bank holidays (pro rata).
We are an accredited Supporter of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter.
All our staff are part of a structure to ensure they receive proper support, supervision and training. We have regular protected time for training and development. For healthcare professionals there is study leave and a budget for CPD.
We need all our staff to be able to give their best every day, and we know you want that too. So we aim to allocate work fairly and reasonably, in a sustainable way. Of course there are ups and downs and it's not always easy. But we do our best together.
We're a not-for-profit social enterprise. We don't have partners or give out dividends to shareholders. Everyone is salaried, including our GPs and our multi-disciplinary board. There's no two-tier system here. All staff are equally important and their contribution is valued.
We pride ourselves on our efficient procedures and good quality, but we know there's always room for improvement. That's something we strive for every day, whether in the big things or the little details.
Healthcare can be demanding and we want to look after each other as much as possible. We have a funded programme of wellbeing and social events, both internal and external.
We try hard to give our patients the best access possible - usually on the day. This means you don't have to struggle with this in your work. We're not perfect (yet!) but our accessibility is fantastic and we keep making it better.
