We provide primary care at three GP practices in inner-city Manchester.
We are a not-for-profit social enterprise that understands and reduces health inequality.
We have provided primary care services since 1954, initially as part of The University of Manchester and independently since 2011.
We will be caring in our behaviour and curious in our nature, finding new ways to work inclusively and help even more people.
We will be not-for-profit and re-invest our resources for the benefit of our community, team and patients.
We are set up differently to provide the best care for our patients and team.
This means taking care in the detail, in our planning and finding efficiencies. Taking the time to be kind, respectful and meticulously organised.
We think differently to find new approaches and do things better.
This means always asking ‘Why?’ and ‘How can I help?’ Finding new partnerships and ways to innovate and be inclusive in our communities.
Our three practices also form a Primary Care Network (PCN). This means our normal services and staff teams are fully integrated with PCN services and staff. We all work together for the benefit of our patients and communities.
